All elements constituting the Omiros Service (source code, design, text, logos, interface, architecture) are the exclusive property of the operator and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Service or its components, without the prior written authorisation of the operator, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement.

Content published by users on their Omiros pages remains the intellectual property of its authors. The user grants Omiros a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the purpose of displaying and providing the Service.

Omiros acts as a content host within the meaning of Article 6-I-2 of the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN). As such, Omiros shall not be held liable for content published by users, provided it acts promptly to remove any manifestly unlawful content brought to its attention.

Omiros processes personal data in the context of providing the Service. For information on the processing carried out, user rights, and how to exercise them, users are invited to consult the Privacy Policy accessible from the Service.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers who are nationals of another European Union member state.
